About Neoxen Qwined

Neoxen Qwined is a fully-featured Embedded Technical Editor supporting syntax highlighting for nearly hundred programming languages and configuration file formats out of the box. It has a built-in and customizable word and symbol auto completion for Windows and Web development, code folding, theme support and much more. Neoxen Qwined can be extended easily by third parties and it can be localized virtually to any language.

Extension Interface

Some people want to create enhanced versions of the Neoxen Qwined editor, while still receiving the benefits of new Neoxen Qwined features. This could be for an editor designed for a particular environment such as developing game, to incorporate a scripting capability within Neoxen Qwined or to allow Neoxen Qwined to be controlled by another process through an IPC mechanism.

Regular Expressions

Regular expressions can be used for searching for patterns rather than literals. For example, it is possible to search for variables in Neoxen Qwined property file, which look like $(name) with the regular expression: $([a-z.]+)

Find in Files & Replace

Find phrases in user selected files or recursively whole directories. Neoxen Qwined has options to allow searching for word, regular expression, matching case, in the reverse direction, etc.
